Today's George Galloway talk sport show
http://www.spiderednews.com/GeorgeGallo ... vid=187021 is focusing on prison not working (with many prisoners who should be free, and many people who are walking around free who should be in prison).
One aspect not touched on in the show is whether there is a racist aspect to the sentencing (with minority communities being either given harsher setences, or attackers on minority communities being given light sentences). The issue of "class" was touched on, with crimes against the crown most severely punished.
